Ordering & Policies

Apart from ordering directly from our wholesale website, which is in Canadian dollars, you can also place orders with us via Faire (which is in US dollars).
If you prefer sending your own purchase orders, you can e-mail them directly to info@gotamago.com, or call Christopher at 1-416-420-7091. We will confirm all orders via e-mail within 2 business days.

Opening order minimum: $150
Re-order minimum: $100

All orders are shipped within 1 week of order confirmation, and 1-1.5 weeks during peak holiday periods (usually September-November). If there is a delay of more than 1.5 weeks, we will be in touch after you place your order.

We will always confirm backorders with you prior to processing your order. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available, with no additional charge.

All other orders are mailed via Canada Post, and the fee is calculated automatically by weight and service. We can also mail orders via FedEx or UPS; please contact us directly to arrange.

We are pleased to order free shipping for orders over $1000 (before taxes) to US and Canada.

Orders must be paid in full prior to product shipment. We accept payment by credit card (VISA, Mastercard & American Express) & Paypal.

We always appreciate retailers paying via e-transfer or cheques! There is an option to select this at checkout. 

We extend Net 30 terms to accounts with approved credit references. To apply, please contact Lichia at lichia@gotamago.com.

If you require terms longer than net 30, please consider placing your order via Faire, which offers all retailers net 60 with free returns.

All products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Cards in boxed sets may not be sold as individual cards. Gift Tags in sets may not be sold as individual tags.

All products sold via online stores must credit Gotamago in the product description. We are very happy to provide product photos for your online shop or social media; please contact us to access our photo database.

We're happy to accommodate changes to orders up to 24 hours after order confirmation. Returns & exchanges will only be accepted if the merchandise arrived damaged, or was shipped in error.
